Relationship between Specteon Ads and Syllaby

Specteon Ads is a specific product line and service provided by Syllaby. When you provide data to Specteon Ads, you are providing it to Syllaby. Syllaby is the data controller responsible for your personal information. Data collected through Specteon Ads may be shared internally within Syllaby's ecosystem of products for administrative, analytical, and improvement purposes, consistent with this policy.

  • Payment Data: We collect billing details. Note that actual credit card numbers are processed directly by our secure payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. Payments may appear on your statement as "Syllaby" or "Specteon Ads".
  • User Content (Inputs): We collect the text scripts, prompts, images, audio files, and other media you upload or input into Specteon Ads to generate content.
  • Communications: Data provided when you contact support or sign up for newsletters.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect info on how you interact with the Services, including features used, time spent, and error logs.
  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and location data based on IP.

3AI & Data Processing

Important Notice Regarding AI Processing:

To provide the Specteon Ads Services, your Inputs (text, images, audio) are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI model providers, which may include OpenAI, Google (Vertex AI), Anthropic, and ElevenLabs. While Syllaby selects providers with strong privacy standards, you acknowledge that your data is shared with these processors solely for the purpose of generating content. We do not sell your personal Inputs to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4Sharing Your Information

Syllaby does not sell your personal information. We share data collected via Specteon Ads only as follows:

  • Internal Sharing: With other teams and products within Syllaby for administrative purposes and to provide a seamless experience if you use multiple Syllaby products.
  • Service Providers: With vendors who perform services for us (cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support tools).
  • AI Partners: With AI model providers as described in Section 3.
  • Business Transfers: If Syllaby is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
