Credits are the currency for creating content on Specteon Ads, and they are shared across every app in the network. Script generation is free on all plans. Images cost about 8 credits each and video costs 5 credits per second, so a typical ad runs around 220 credits. Higher-fidelity options can cost a little more — you always see the exact credit cost before you generate anything, so there are no surprises.

Your balance can hold four kinds of credits: bonus credits (signup and promotions), rollover credits carried from a previous cycle, monthly plan credits, and additional credits you bought. They're spent in exactly that order — credits you paid for directly are always used last.

Plan credits reset at each renewal, and up to 50% of your unused monthly credits carry over as rollover credits into the next cycle. Bonus credits and credits you purchased — top-up packs and one-time credit deals — never expire.

You can buy a top-up pack — those credits are added instantly, never expire, and are always spent last — or upgrade to a bigger plan, which takes effect immediately with its full credit allowance. If you need more than the listed plans offer, a custom plan can be arranged from the pricing page.

No, never. Top-up credits go into your Additional Credits balance, are always spent last, and survive plan changes and even cancellation.

Yes. Upgrades are instant — you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period on your saved card, the new plan's full credits arrive immediately, and your unused credits are kept as rollover until renewal. Downgrades take effect at your renewal date: you keep your current plan and all your credits until then, and you can undo the downgrade anytime before it happens.

A custom plan is a deal we negotiate with you directly — either a one-time credit pack or a recurring plan with its own price and credit allowance. You pay through a secure checkout link tied to your existing account: a one-time pack simply adds credits that never expire, while a recurring deal replaces your current plan with no double billing.

Yes, cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep full access and all your credits until the end of your current billing period; after that, plan and rollover credits expire. Credits you purchased and bonus credits never expire and stay with you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled case by case.

Both the Starter and Growth plans support videos up to 5 minutes long. Need longer, or a much higher volume? A custom plan can be tailored to your requirements — just reach out from the pricing page.

Currently, videos are generated as final outputs. We recommend reviewing your script and settings carefully before generation. You can always regenerate a video if needed.

All videos are exported in MP4 format at HD quality (1080p), and every plan includes 4K image generation for higher-quality frames.

Generation time depends on video length and current server load. Most videos complete within 5-15 minutes. Priority rendering, included on the Starter and Growth plans, significantly reduces wait times.

Yes — custom characters are included on the Starter and Growth plans. Define a consistent character with details like age, look, and clothing style for on-brand, repeatable ads.

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, projects, and cancel any active subscription.

Yes, all your projects and generated content are private by default. Only you can access your videos unless you choose to share them.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Specteon Ads, on every plan. You can use your videos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes — including paid advertising, client work, and monetized channels — with no royalties, attribution requirements, or per-use fees. Commercial rights do not vary by subscription tier; plans differ only in credits and features. Content you generated while subscribed remains yours after you cancel. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All connections are secured with SSL/TLS, and we never share your personal information with third parties.

If a video generation fails, credits are not deducted from your account. Try regenerating the video. If the problem persists, contact our support team with your project ID.

Generation times vary based on video length and server demand. Longer videos naturally take more time. If your video is stuck for more than 30 minutes, please contact support.

Try being more specific in your prompts. Include details about your product, the style and mood you want, and where the ad will run. You can also regenerate a video for a different take.
