Credits are the currency for creating content on Specteon Ads. Script generation is free with all plans. Images cost 5 credits each, and video costs 5 credits per second. A typical scene (1 image + 8 seconds of video) uses 45 credits.

When you run out of credits, you can either wait for your monthly refresh (credits reset at the start of each billing cycle) or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits.

Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not roll over to the next month, so we encourage you to use them!

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to additional features and credits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Video length depends on your plan. Starter plans allow up to 5 minutes per video, Pro plans up to 10 minutes, and Viral King plans up to 15 minutes. Each scene is approximately 8 seconds.

Currently, videos are generated as final outputs. We recommend reviewing your script and settings carefully before generation. You can always regenerate individual scenes if needed.

All videos are exported in MP4 format at HD quality (1080p). Pro and Viral King plans include 4K image generation for higher quality scene frames.

Generation time depends on video length and current server load. Most videos complete within 5-15 minutes. Priority rendering (available on Pro and Viral King plans) significantly reduces wait times.

Yes! Pro and Viral King plans include custom character creation. You can define specific historical figures with details like age, ethnicity, clothing style, and more for precise storytelling.

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, projects, and cancel any active subscription.
